HOW DO YOU POST CUSTOM 3D MODELS!?

I've had to wait about a month I think for my custom model to be approved. Be sure to include previews and whatnot to help make the review process go by a little quicker for the mods (Apparently some people don't do that) and they approve and upload many models at once so yes, patience is important.
