You can extract these files using Quickbms, and with the following script for the program: http://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/virtua_fighter_5.bms
If you haven't used Quickbms before, I'll explain it briefly. What you should do is save this file as .bms from the browser, or copy the entire script and save it in a ".txt" file with notepad. Then you can load that script with Quickbms, and then select the ".farc" file that you want to export. It's easy to do, but if you have any questions, you can ask me.
