There are actually five or six variations of the Wilhelm Scream (originally archived under "Man being eaten by alligator"), but only three of them are well known. "High quality" is kind of gonna be a subjective thing though, they were recorded in the 50's, so there's only so good the original recordings are gonna sound, anything beyond that is cleaning them up in post.
