Cleanrip can rip wii disks into limited sized chunks. If you didn't use the maximum size setting, just try agen. if you DID use the largest chunk setting... well your out of luck. their are a few wii ISO extractors you can try but most of them are for windows, and they don't work when you try to extract anything but part0. even if you did extract them and then merge the folders, I don't know how to turn that folder back into an ISO. maybe you should look at the wii page on this website's wiki. the list of tools on it dosent have any direct links but ther easy to find with google.
