Hey! So, simply grab MKDS Course Modifier and extract the file that is the *.zip. Unzip the archive and it'll spit out a bunch of gibberish extensionless files. The models are actually there, the certain files just need to be renamed to *.nsbmd. (If you don't mind, I'd like to rip these too 
), and open them with MKDS Course modifier and export as an obj. The textures will come out on export too. Here's a rocket of some sort:
