How to rip sounds (not voices or instruments) in Super Mario Galaxy

It cannot extract the sound directly. It can extract sound banks, and you need to extract sounds from those banks with different tools.
I could extract the mono sounds, but no luck with the stereo sounds.
Actually, I fear that the Galaxy Spin sound effect might actually be a combination of multiple sounds.
If that's the case, then ripping the Galaxy Spin sound effect will be literally impossible...
