That laptop seems more than capable of running all of the games you listed (maybe with the exception of Cities: Skylines but I don't know its specs).
You may bot be able to max out the graphics on more intensive games like Gmod for example, but you should be able to run it just fine using lower settings.

The 2D games you listed should have no issues.
