1. Go to The Sounds Resource.
2. Go to the system that the game is for. If your game is not for any of the systems listed, go to Other Systems.
3. In the main directory of that system, you should see, "Add New Game". Click on that.
4. At the New Game page, enter the name of the game, and add a screenshot from said game as the icon.
5. Submit the .zip archive of your sounds.
And you're done!
