This looks like a PS1 game, so you can either use a TMD exporter (if the game uses the TMD format), or run the game in an emulator and screencap the models using 3DRipperDX or DXRipper / Ninja Ripper.

does not work, I play correctly but not the save obj, .obj is with size of 0byte you can ripper for me please? or spend your emulator ready to use 3d ripper?
