Using my iPad right now, and the model files are on my laptop.
That and I'm going to be busy this afternoon so maybe late afternoon I might get my laptop.
Anywho, the actual files are .ZAR files, witch are containers for animations, misc, actual models, and text, I'm guessing.
Unless you have CMB viewer in the 3DS ripping catch all thread you won't have much luck viewing/extracting.
I'll get around to it.
