The extension wouldn't mess up the body too much. In fact, it would make the body look cleaner, considering I would lose the square aprons on the front and back. But the fact that I'm mounting the front turn signals/brake lights on the aprons and the dude who does the extension kit is already behind on orders (and hasn't said when he's taking orders again) is making me question the extender. I could always extend it later after I've built it, but I'd have to repaint after cutting and I'd have to order new brake lights and front turn signals
