I would advise reading Ragey's fantastic omg how i rip sprites-page to get a general grip on dealing with Tile Molester and other essential tools.
The graphics may be compressed, though, so if you can't find anything with Tile Molester then your best bet is trying to decompress the graphics with NLZ-GBA Advance.
