My models was reject, i can send again if i fix it?

Pretty much what you said, keep the .mtl files within the same directory as the .obj files.

The .mtl file tells the .obj file which textures to load. Also, open the .mtl files with notepad and makes sure that the map_kd directory is, xxxx.png and not textures/xxxx.png. Models-Resource is very strict about this!( xxxx.png = texture file )

So doing that should fix the problem. I've ripped plenty of models that didn't have the .mtl file with them, and when I've imported them into Blender, they've imported with NO texture.
