How Can i Use These Sprites?

Am i allowed to use these sprites in paid games if i were to redesign them? i want to make a game and im kinda biting the bullet because of no solid Artist is working with me.Thats why i ask

Well I am sure you can put them in games that you make that are for free but you tell how people can donate to you.

Me I will use spriters resource sprites in my own for free games, for free others etc.
