POKEMON GEN 6 ANNOUNCED

I dunno, I'm still on the fence about this. Why not just make 4th tier evolutions, and 3rd tier or something for the underpowered/underused Pokemon? The only reason I could possibly think of against it is because maxing stats. Blissy can already get in the mid 800s of HP, right? So if it got a Megalution, it would definitely try to break 999. Base stats are capped at 255, right? It still should've been something reserved for the aforementioned underused/underpowered Pokemon, but instead, Pokemon that are already broken are given it as well (Blaziken, Lucario, Mewtwo).
