I think you should give this topic a read.
While your sprite alignment should be well, you could try to make the sheet smaller and use a less monstruous credit tag.
Cut the sheet in half, keep the left side. Put your credit tag below it, a simple "Ripped by The Black Wolf" should be fine, maybe the "Please give credit line" if you feel like. The image isn't really needed.
Furthermore, you shouldn't add recoloured versions you made yourself to a sprite rip sheet.
