Request: Translation on unused files (Irisu Syndrome)

As recent posted in the submissions, I need these for Unseen64 Article, someone can help me translating these 5 images found in the game files? They are concept arts, made for planning stuff and etc.
They are very "confusing", if you can put the Japanese Letters and the translation, would be good.
