The Ghetsis sprite animation is incorrect: Ghetsis seems to cough or pant shortly after stamping his staff to the ground as seen in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRn0Vvee2I0&t=0m19s
But I do admire the work you guys are doing ripping these animations! They're in pretty high demand, and I encourage you to keep at it and refining these sprites properly.
