Hmm, it looks okay, but it could be better. The outlines and the swirls on sprites look somewhat jagged, perhaps you can try to round some of those out a bit. You should also probably shorten and thin the torso/abdomen and put more emphasis on the head and ears, since those are Spinda's defining features. Your own personal spot pattern would be a nice touch as well, since no two Spinda can be the same iirc.
