I dunno about ripping from that game in particular since its a PSP game, but you could certainly do it from any of the ones on the Wii or Gamecube. It *might* be possible on Budokai 3 since its PS2 only, but I haven't dealt with too PS2 games so I couldn't say for sure.
If you actually have 3ds Max to use you can use 3D Ripper DX or 3D Via Print Screen which you can find links to here: http://www.spriters-resource.com/communi...?tid=13373
Using those, you would basically do the 3D equivalent of the print screen function on your computer with an emulator like Dolphin (Gamecube/Wii).
