I'm going to lock this. If masterscorp needs it again, he may as well make a new one instead or as a mod to re-open it.
In terms of NDS models in nsbmd format, currently the MKDS Course Modifier (see cw-games) would be my best bet, though the last version I tried didn't export bones correctly (they were in a seperate file and way too large) and messed up texturing badly for some models. I don't know it it has been updated and improved since.
