Yup, they're being made to take down their b/w images because they are "potentially threatening" to nintendo or some shit. :/
So far they've contacted Serebii and Pokebeach - and they intend to hit up more.

There is a way to contact Dazz and there is also always the forum itself so they could always just PM one of us.

So there is a formal way to contact Dazz at the very least.
