I think the outline is too thick, for the outline, unless your going for a Paper Mario type look.

Yeah, I'm going for that. Trying to get better at it so I can do more complex characters in this style, and might possibly "downgrade" Rawk Hawk in the process.

I think he needs a better expression. maybe make his eyes smaller and make his mouth something other than a straight line. he looks kinda blank and dumbfounded, not VE ARH KILLAHS.

Well, having no expression (expressions might come last, all I need is ideas for the legs first), is something I need to fix. I'll give him that creepeh Petunia look if you want.

needs more, way more saturation.
