Ms. Splosion Man files (.ppr format)

Ahoy! I'm trying to figure out a way to extract assets, textures and models from the game "Ms. Splosion Man". They're packed in some sort of file extension that I have not found an answer on how to extract. They are in .ppr file formats, and all contain files which I do know how to access -- its just that there's much that I can't look at due to this unrecognizable file extension. I was able to extract the first level of the game using NinjaRipper -- but my scope is with the rest of the files. With .ppr file unpacking, I would not only be able to fix them up for the Models Resource, but I could also go through and get all textures set up! 

tldr; Need help identifying .ppr files -- can send files over for research too!
