Hello! I am new to this so sorry if I ask some dumb questions or get lost easily

in an attempt to extract some specific sound effects from the game. I was able to dump the game files from my Switch emulator's built in dump function which left me with a bunch of files (mainly .bin.gz files), but I'm unsure how to parse through them and any attempt to use QuickBMS or vgmstream has failed.
Is there a more in-depth guide on how to get sound effects from this file format//from the Switch file dump, or would someone be able to get these sound effects for me (I was trying to extract all the sounds from the Spirit Train/Sand Rod weapon (portal, train whistle, cannonball explosion, victory animation sounds, etc.))?
