Best SNES emulator for sprite ripping?

Title. Is ZSNES still a thing or the king has been dethroned?
I'm on windows btw.

I would heavily recommend BSNES+. Not only is the interface for viewing sprites contained in the emulator itself (unless ZSNES where you need to use an external program for that), but it's also better overall in terms of emulator accuracy.
