PS2 Shin Seiki Yuusha Taisen ripping help?

Relevant tools I'm using: Blender, PCSX2 snapshots

I'm trying to get models from Shin Seiki Yuusha Taisen, but when I use the PCSX2 snapshots, they only get the front half of the model.
I assumed this was due to not loading the sides not facing the camera in-game, so I turned around the model in the gallery mode (Love when a game has these!) and was able to capture the backside this time, with the front missing.

However that doesn't quite solve the problem. Despite the model not being animated, I guess something gets misaligned when rotating it or rescaling everything in Blender so when I go to merge them, they're unaligned. By that I mean I think the scaling is off for some parts, but not all, after fixing the axis deformations. (For example, his feet are bigger on one of the rips and at a different angle, after rescaling each screenshot by the same numbers.)

I could just move around parts and fill in the empty faces until its a full model, since its still better than starting from scratch. However I was wondering if anyone could assist me in whatever the problem seems to be to save me a lot of effort.
Also, the UV isn't here!!! Not a huge problem since the model is seperated into 500 different parts I just assign a color texture to.. for the most part. (Eyes should be mapped but no UV still.)

Things I've tried:
Rotating the model in-game 360 to see if that keeps it all loaded: No changes (Worth a try lol.)
Scaling x, y, or z to a different value from the front side rip: due to some parts being aligned perfect after the same rescaling and others not, it'd be less of a hassle to cut and paste parts.
Ninjaripper: I don't know if this ever works with PCSX2, but it only gives me flat planes.

There's .bin files in the ISO that looks like it contains the characters but IDK how to deal with those at all. Also, just heard of gameassassin, would that work? any alternative suggestions welcome!

Game info: Like super robot wars, but containing only Brave series characters.
If you want the .blend file or the two .obj files from the screenshots, let me know. Or if anyone else wants to give the model ripping a shot, by all means, take care of it for me lol. I can share a save file with some gallery models unlocked too, if you want.
I've tried using the screenshot method with the PCSX2 emulator. The meshes I extract from the scene will appear in any model viewer or editing software except for Blender. For whatever reason, Blender will act the meshes are imported even though they aren't visible at all. I've tried scaling the mesh among other methods and nothing has worked so far. The meshes are in the .OBJ format, which Blender does recognize and other models that use this file extension do appear when imported.

You mentioned that you were able to sort of get the meshes you ripped to appear in Blender, right? What version of PCSX2 are you using? I've used version 0.9.8 to take my snapshots and so far Blender is the only program that doesn't display the models when I attempt to import them. Were there any steps you take before importing yours?
