[x]We're back! After a failure of the drives in our database server, all data has been restored from last night's backup. The last 24 hours or so of submissions will likely need to be re-made but everything else should be okay. Please let me now if you notice anything not working as it should though. Thanks! -Petie

Ripping rigged models using QuArK (American Mcgee's Alice SKB and SKA files)

Question
Hello. I have attempted ripping models from American Mcgee's Alice but only managed to get working OBJ files in a pose (meaning it is not in a rest pose aka T-Pose). Every time I import the mesh SKB file, it is completely deformed and it will export it like this:

In Blender, imported as a rigged MD5Mesh:

Importing the MD5Anim animation file doesn't undeform the model as Blender doesn't think they use the same skeleton.

If someone knows how to use Quark to export rigged models or at least export a working unrigged file that is in a resting pose, I will request help from you as I really wish to share these models with you.
Not all models I managed to get can be posted as the only way I found how to undeform the mesh is by importing the animation file, meaning they are all asymmetric and awkward to use.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
