well they already tried to datamine using these tools from github but suddenly mihoyo had started updating the security of the .blk files from the game.
We tried looking for answers in these sites:

...but none of them had to do it publicly because mihoyo would track them down to cover for another way of securing these assets strictly, even Honkai Impact's .wmv encrypted files.
So, we had no hope, except for other chinese dataminers that were able to get the models from the .blk files and converted them to mmd for other shairing sites like hoyolab.com and aplaybox.com for free.
