[Help Still Needed] Extract, build a packer .csa files

hey, i don't know how helpful, if at all, it is, but the .tga files that end with '00000001' are all compressed using either DXT5 or DXT1. the ones that don't end with that have barely any data in them, and they're usually less than 100 bytes. that's all i've got though :/
