Hi Jakeuniverse! Looking around the files (specifically in assets>bin>Data), these all seem to be Unity asset packages, which are really easy to extract using the tool AssetStudio (AssetStudio releases)! I'd look around the forums for an in-depth tutorial on how to use it, but just going through the asset list I was able to pull out a couple of chibi images which you can see below
