Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes Sound Decoding

I’ve wanted help on this for a while now, but I should have provided the files in the first place. I managed to extract a great deal of files from “Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes,” but I currently have no means of translating the files into something useful.
