Fast fact: Jigglypuff's Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS model is based off of the one it has in Pokémon X/Y.

Barring a few UV mapping differences (for its arms, mainly), the textures line up perfectly without any changes.
As for proper textures, I'll do a re-rip for those and upload them later.
