As mentioned in the message that was sent after it was declined, the method you used to rip these is flawed. Some of the sprites have the bottom-of-the-screen darkness gradient on them, there's some extraneous background pieces or something in a few of them (especially the first one). Overall needs a complete re-rip. And having the separate sprite chunks would also be helpful to have.
