I haven't played the game it looks like a good sheet! You could maybe choose a background colour further away from blue, such as pink or green, but it's not a big deal, this is fine.

If he has multiple palettes, it's a good idea to put the various palettes all on the same sheet. You don't have to put all of the frames in each palette though, just one frame of each palette (but make sure it's a frame that has all of the colours in it). You can also put little palette lists next to them. For example:

   

This makes them easier to use, saves space, and keeps it all on the same sheet.

By the way, if you're ripping a lot, it might be better to have a single thread to show your sheets and get feedback. This way you don't have to make a thread for each one, which is cleaner, and keeps all your rips together Smile
