Wasn't there a boss you fight while riding a cat which is also riding a missile at times? If I'm remembering that correctly then I agree.
I personally enjoyed most of the bosses from Skyward Sword. I found the overall game to be okay at best but the bosses were a lot of fun (except for the final boss because there were a few things I found ot be a bit unfair).
