Enemies and bosses you had a blast with!

I have a blast with the Ruin Sentinels in Dark Souls 2. Any time I'm in the area, I'll throw down my summon sign just for shits n' giggles. I've gotten really good at the fight though its paraded as one of the harder ones in the game. Which isn't saying much. Dark Souls 2 is unfortunately easier than Dark Souls and I'm assuming Demon's Souls.
