Well, it's been a while since I ripped from a game. Here it is: The intro, menu, and Dragon Balls ripped from the English and Japanese versions of Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors. If the intro, menu and/or Dragon Balls were already ripped, I understand. 
But I'm uploading it just in case it hasn't been uploaded before...
