You don't get Hotline Miami's soundtrack because the soundtrack comes in the game's folder by default.

Also, if you don't own any of these games, buy this bundle for Hotline Miami. It's more than worth it.

edit- on that note, don't listen to the soundtrack until you beat the game! the music is so good that it's best to hear it when you come across it ingame and can really experience all the atmosphere that it makes.
