dont AA at all,
if you ever AA it must be inside the sprite, AA outside of the sprite is very very bad, it makes the lineart look crummy on certain backgrounds and it rids the sprite of some of the crisp look your aiming for with pixel art.
your shapes in your sprite are quite square, round fists, feet and nose and curved bellies is a common trait in mario sprites which your lacking a bit here.
