if you are going to post a re-sized verison, then you should also show us the normal size, so that we can tell better how it looks.
adding onto what Ebilninja said, and IDK if this has been said too many times before (forgive me if it has), but you should avoid the anti-aliasing around the outer edges of the sprite altogether, as it is not benefiting it. shading and other enhancements like that are better left for after you get the outlines and base colors in good shape.
from what I can tell however the pixels look cleaner, not doubled or as messily placed as before so you are progressing steadily! just need to work on anatomy (which is a bothersome subject, believe me), study colors, and all that good stuff.
