Actually there are differences, The Power Stone Models use more than 40 textures each and are higher resolution than Power Stone 2 while Power Stone 2 models only have two textures per characters and are lower resolution. And i believe that in Power Stone the models are slightly higher Poly than the Power Stone 2 Models as well 
(this is why i think both versions should be uploaded as well also the power stone 2 textures would be easier to edit due to only have 2 textures instead of having to deal with more than 40 textures with the power stone 1 models)
