I'm a big supporter of Scrapped/Never used characters. =P

Spunkie! Apparently a cut character from Sonic Heroes, and makes a brief cameo in Sonic X as a bully towards Tails. Not sure if his name is actually Spunkie.. I just read it somewhere. So, lets call him Random Mobian 1 of 3.
Also, his shoes aren't actually show in Sonic X, just his socks. So, I just used the design from CN's version.
