It's disgusting because they'd act so immaturely over something like video games. I can understand why they are angry, but how they are acting is just dumb. I know it's the internet and I should expect it but still, this is a bit much.

... I meant, why do THESE people think it's disgusting that Bayonetta 2 is Wii U exclusive?

While I understand that their words are mostly internet-style exaggeration, I would still like to know what about this situation is really so horribly bad.

Also, regarding the actual content of the posts you linked, does Bayonetta's IP really belong to Sega or to Platinum Games? Wikipedia makes it sound like Bayonetta is entirely PG's baby, with Sega simply providing typical publisher assistance (kind of like how Spiral Knights belongs to Three Rings, even though it was made and supported by Sega as the publisher (though now 3R belongs to Sega, so whatever lol)). If it really does belong to PG entirely, this guys comments end up being worse because it kind of insults PG.

Anyways, I think PG owns the IP, but without Sega to pay for things, there was no chance for a sequel, but I'm honestly not sure.
