There is some kind of mapping in there, but isnt applied to the model so I think you could contact RTB about it since the model looks great only the mapping needs some fixing

EDIT: I have 3ds max 2009 btw and it works fine
I can do it too but, 3d via doesnt save the UV mapping so you would have to remap them

If the mapping is ruined, then I'd rather not use 3DVia. But if you want to look at Yuan, here's his link.
