I'll list them here for you now, but in the future try and pay attention to which textures use alpha, or just assume they all do. I'm not entirely sure about some of these, as it is hard to tell with some of these textures.

-Robo Lizard
-Cameo Leon
-Big John(?)
-Cable Car(?)

Also, have you tried ripping from the cutscenes? Most cutscenes in a game will not be movie files, and will just use ingame models. You can usually tell which ones are movies, though, as they will use fancier special effects.
