1) You should post the sheet on an image hosting site like imgur.
2) The sheet itself needs some work before tSR can accept them. A mod may move this thread later to Sprite Discussion so that you can get feedback to improve the sheet more to tSR's standards.
As to what problems I can find: 1) Geno's head is shaped like a stop sign, 2) Geno is missing his ears, 3) Geno's cap doesn't look like his cap (it currently alternates from being a blue bowl to an old-timey football helmet to a blue version of Link's cap from Zelda), and 4) Geno doesn't cover his body with his cape a la Batman.
