I keep them on staff because they know what they're talking about and don't have the egos of fucking Gods. They treat people like people, and they will be kind and explain things to them in a way they (for the most part) will understand. They are kind (for the most part) to them, and when they aren't, it's only understandable. Christ, we are all humans too.
You claim tSR doesn't get nice things - we have them. They are what you think I should get rid of.
1,504 submissions are not nice things. They're submissions that are meaninglessly provided by an egotistical child who doesn't accept help when it's provided to him.
