Open it up in Tile Molester
4bpp Planar (2x2bpp) Composite

Or with YY-CHR select 4BPP SNES

This is a dump of all the graphics from the game, you can use a zsnes save state for the palette data in tile molester.

I'd arrange and upload it but there's so much there and I'm no expert on the zelda colours or sprites...
I might do Link though, since I know that much!
