I used 3D Ripper DX.

I too have the model files, but I don't have any idea in what format they are.
The only hope we have, is that some smart person at Xentax will be interested in figuring it out.

For now... all we have is 3D Ripper DX and Dolphin, which so far is giving good results. Shame about the lack of bones, though.
I'm working on Richard currently, btw.
